Part 1. My dream became my nightmare.

I became a physical therapist 20+ years ago so I would have financial stability in my life. I saw my Dad experience the highs and lows of having a business and wanted the exact opposite of that. 4 years into being a physical therapist working in the traditional 9-5, I realized that my dream of being a PT became my nightmare. I was trading all my time for a little bit of money, and treating clients the way my boss and higher ups wanted me to.

Part 2. Going out on my own.

I decided to start my own business so I could achieve freedom. I borrowed $100k+ against my home and teamed up with my business partner with Renewal Rehab. I got freedom (but only clinically). I was still trading my time for money and was happier but still working 70+hours/week. Things only got more complicated as my family grew from 1-4 kids.

Part 3. Building a business and not a job.

I realized that my credentials and years of experience wouldn’t get me home more with my kids and wife. So I had to learn the business. How to grow a real business. I realized that the key was to leverage everything I could. Leverage marketing, sales, people, and my offers. I had to learn different skills in order to accomplish this. My staff encouraged me to show other clinicians how to do what I did. Own a traditional business, become a consultant, and provide healthcare value in a non-traditional (online) way. I was one of the very few that had achieved success in all of these areas and decided to start mentoring therapists on how to do the same for themselves.

Part 5. Creating a healthcare movement.

Over the past 7 years, we’ve moved from only helping physical therapists to now helping over 2,000 healthcare professionals (in 19 different types healthcare profession types) build a leveraged business using our solutions-based model and our leveraged systems in marketing, sales, and service. This has allowed healthcare professionals to escape the time for money trap and create lifestyle businesses.

Brittany Lewis

Head of Operations

Brittany Lewis is a vital member of the Smart Success Healthcare team, serving as the Head of Operations now for more than a year. Brittany started as Greg’s assistant over 3 years ago and quickly had to take on multiple roles throughout the years. Now as the team has started growing, Brittany has been able to fully focus on her Head of Operations role.

Brittany's passion for excellence and attention to detail has been integral to the company's success. She plays a key role in ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Her contributions to the company are immense, overseeing various aspects of the business including management, planning and execution of daily operations.

In Brittany’s spare time you will generally find her with a book in her face. She also loves spending time with her two fur babies, husband and family.

Hunter Brown

Hunter is a dynamic professional with a passion for creative direction, content management, media relations, and customer service. With her Bachelor's degree in Interpersonal and Public Communication Studies and Spanish, which she earned with honors from The University of Missouri-Kansas City, Hunter has honed her skills in developing successful growth strategies for multiple influencers.

Her expertise lies in bridging the gap between where her clients are and where they want to be, and she is constantly seeking innovative solutions to help them achieve their goals. Hunter and her two cats moved to Clearwater in July 2022 before joining the SSHC team!

Head of Lead Generation

Andrew Tran (AKA A.T.) is the Director of Lead Generation at SSHC. He helps grow the brand and mission by bringing more eyes, engagement, and ease to be able to help more healthcare providers. He has been in the SSHC world since 2016, after he graduated with his DPT degree and was a client.

Andrew has been able to help not only the PT profession with growing the brand in a positive way through Physio Memes, but as well other healthcare providers with their brand and business.
