Let me tell you what happened yesterday...
We wrapped up our award ceremony, grabbed dinner, and I had a decision to make:
Option A: Hit the hotel gym, alone.
Option B: Wake up early and get my butt to F45 in downtown Dallas.
Guess which one I wanted to do?
Yep. The easy one.
My body was tired. The conference had been intense—late nights, big thinking, pushing limits. I didn’t “feel” like showing up.
But here’s the thing...
In that moment, I realized something powerful. If I go to the hotel gym by myself, I don’t have a coach. No trainer. No push. No accountability.
And that’s exactly why I went to F45.
And let me tell you something… that trainer nearly had me throwing up (sorry for the visual 😅), because when I was about to tap out—she told me to push.
I didn’t know her name.
She didn’t know mine.
But I knew one thing—she had a job: to hold me accountable.
So I pushed.
It hit me in that moment: I got more from that 45-minute group workout than I would’ve ever gotten alone with all the "right" equipment.
Why?
Because I was accountable.
✅ I was accountable to the trainer.
✅ I was accountable to the people next to me sweating it out.
✅ I was accountable to the version of me I said I wanted to become.
And you know what? That’s exactly what we do for our clients. And what YOU do for yours.
That trainer wasn’t teaching me anything new.
I already know how to squat. I know what a burpee is. But when she said, “Let’s go!” and I had someone right next to me giving 100%?
I gave more.
And that, my friend, is the real value of coaching. Of programs. Of mentorship.
It’s not the “stuff.” It’s not just the workouts or the business frameworks or the nutrition plans.
It’s being in a space where someone calls you out.
Where someone expects more from you.
Where you're reminded—you’ve got more in the tank.
And that momentum leads to growth.
So if you’re wondering why you keep setting the same goals year after year and never quite hitting them…
Ask yourself:
Who’s holding you accountable?
Because I can tell you this—
No one crushes goals in isolation. Not me. Not you. Not anyone.
Find your coach. Find your crew. Get in a room that pulls more out of you than you knew was even there.
You don’t need more information.
You need accountability.
