We help Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Dietitians and Chiropractors achieve multi 6 to 7 figures per month with few staff, happy patients and great results!
This morning, I was sitting in the parking lot at Concentra, waiting to get blood drawn, and I had a moment.
I had just finished this breath test at 5:50 AM. (Don’t ask… long story.)
And while I was waiting for the doors to open, I read a devotional from Rick Warren.
The message?
Integrity.
And not just the “don’t lie, don’t cheat” kind. I’m talking about the real definition—wholeness. From the word “integer.”
One. Whole. Complete.
See, we think integrity is just about being honest.
But it’s deeper than that.
Integrity is when you’re the same person in every room.
No shrinking.
No code-switching.
No “let me tone it down for this crowd.”
No pretending.
I was on a podcast recently and the host said,
“Greg, the thing I like about you is that you’re the same everywhere.”
And in my head, I’m like, “You sure about that?”
Because if I’m being honest…
Sometimes I quench myself.
Sometimes I tone it down.
Sometimes I act a little less “Greg” depending on the room.
And it made me ask myself:
Why do we do that?
If you joke with your friends, you should be able to joke with your clients.
If you speak one way at church, don’t change your whole vocabulary when you’re with your team.
If you don’t curse in front of your mama, don’t curse on Zoom with your patients.
Let me put it to you this way:
If you’re acting different around everybody, who are you really?
People can feel when you’re being real.
And they can DEFINITELY feel when you’re not.
When you show up as YOU—flaws, quirks, dad jokes and all—you give people permission to do the same.
You build trust.
You lead better.
You serve better.
You breathe easier.
Because now you’re not playing 5 different roles in your life.
You’re just being you.
Whole. Complete. One person.
That’s integrity.
Maybe today’s the day you stop performing.
Stop tweaking your voice depending on who’s listening.
Stop hiding parts of you to “fit in.”
You were made whole on purpose.
Live like it.
Much Love,
Greg Todd
