Here’s the thing: you don’t need to go from 0 to 100 overnight. You don’t need to start waking up at 4 a.m., crush a million habits, or try something extreme like 75 Hard (unless that’s your jam). What you DO need are consistent, sustainable habits that set you up to win.
And no, I’m not just talking about business stuff. I’m talking about habits that make YOU better—mentally, physically, emotionally. When you’re at your best, your business, relationships, and life follow suit.
When I plan my year, I break it down into three parts:
Me Time: This is for you. Your health, your growth, your peace. Don’t sleep on this—it’s the foundation.
Mat Time: This is the grind, the hustle. Whether it’s building a new offer or crushing your business goals, this is where the magic happens.
Magic Time: This is the sweet spot where your effort meets flow. It’s where you make the biggest impact, serve others, and create the life you’ve been dreaming of.
Yesterday, I gave a quick rundown of this process, but today, I’m doubling down. Because if you want to dominate 2025, it starts with these habits and a plan you can actually stick to.
I’m calling it Mission Invincible. This is for those of you who are DONE playing small. Who are ready to stop trading time for money. Who want to build something bigger—something that works for you 24/7/365.
